a Class C felony, a drinking and driving vehicular homicide is upgraded
to a Class B felony, which is punishable by a prison sentence between
eight and 30 years and a maximum fine of $25,000.

or one previous vehicular homicide conviction, or had a BAC of .20% or
more and one previous DUI or vehicular assault conviction, it is considered
an aggravated vehicular homicide charge. An aggravated vehicular homicide
is a Class A felony, punishable by a prison sentence between 15 and 60
years and a fine of up to $50,000.
