Mackenzie Collins can transform an impossibility into an attainable reality. An attorney in name, but a businesswoman at heart, Mackenzie’s goal for the Collins Law Firm is to overhaul the unfortunate attorney stereotype – a daunting task for some, but a welcomed challenge for her. Understanding that attorneys can be classified as stiff, distant, or self-serving, Mackenzie leads a mission-centered law firm that values familiarity, transparency, and service to the community.
Within the firm, Mackenzie strives to maintain a positive work environment for attorneys and clients alike. By fostering a company culture that emphasizes integrity and efficiency, she has created a space for attorneys to maximize their legal skills without engaging in inter-firm competition. As a partner in the firm, Mackenzie’s role is to ensure that legal professionals have the capability to practice their craft while upholding a moral standard.
From the moment that a client walks through the door, to the closing of their legal matter, Mackenzie aims for the firm culture to contribute toward a positive client experience. She hopes that in an otherwise difficult situation, clients’ time at the Collins Law Firm will be a “bright spot” – one where they can trust their attorneys, feel like their needs are being addressed, and enjoy their time at the firm itself.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys showing horses, advocating for charities, and summiting mountains – she truly is never without a challenge.
